Tööülesanded: Eripedagoog-logopeedi peamised tööülesanded põhikoolis: Eripedagoog-logopeed teostab õpilaste individuaalset hindamist, et tuvastada erivajadustega õpilasi ja määratleda nende tugiteenuste vajadus. Ta koostab individuaalseid õppekavu ja arenduskavu ning jälgib nende täitmist. Samuti osaleb tugimeeskonna töös ja konsulteerib õpetajaid erivajadustega õpilaste toetamise küsimustes.

- Koostöö ja konsultatsioonid: Eripedagoog-logopeed teeb tihedat koostööd klassijuhatajate, aineõpetajate ja teiste tugispetsialistidega (psühholoog, sotsiaalpedagoog). Samuti suhtleb regulaarselt lapsevanematega, jagades soovitusi koduseks toetamiseks.

- Dokumenteerimine ja aruandlus: Eripedagoog-logopeed peab üksikasjalikku dokumentatsiooni õpilaste progressi kohta, koostab aruandeid tugiteenuste vajaduse ja tulemuslikkuse kohta ning osaleb individuaalse õppekava läbivaatamisel ja uuendamisel.

- Keskkonna kohandamine: Ta annab soovitusi füüsilise õpikeskkonna kohandamiseks ja õppematerjalide diferentseerimiseks. Eripedagoog aitab luua kaasavat õhkkonda kogu koolis ning korraldab vajadusel täiendkoolitusi õpetajatele.

Eripedagoog-logopeed juhindub oma töös õpetaja eetikakoodeksist ning hoiab oma käitumise ja tegevusega kooli mainet.

Muud nõuded: Nõuded kandidaadile: • haridustase erialane magistrikraad või sellele vastav kvalifikatsioon või eripedagoogi kutse ning eesti keele oskus vastavalt keeleseaduses ja selle alusel kehtestatud nõuetele.
