Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our Working Capital department.

The role

As a dynamic leader within the Working Capital leadership team, you'll help Australian businesses access the cash flow they need to grow, hire, stock up and seize opportunities. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Leading from the Front: Cultivating a high-octane, results-driven team culture where success is the standard.
  • Igniting Potential: Providing laser-focused coaching and mentorship, empowering your team to deliver exceptional outcomes for every business client, from fast unsecured loans to flexible lines of credit.
  • Forging Powerful Partnerships: Engaging daily with our panel of 95+ lenders, including banks, non-bank and fintech lenders, to deepen relationships and unlock the right funding solution, fast.
  • Championing Excellence: Ensuring unwavering adherence to compliance, responsible lending and call quality benchmarks, while relentlessly seeking innovative ways to elevate the client experience.
  • Strategic Growth Architect: Developing forward-thinking workforce planning and impactful learning & development initiatives tailored to the working capital landscape.
  • Driving Performance: Delivering daily, actionable insights and performance reports to the Head of Sales, ensuring team targets and company objectives are not just met, but shattered.
  • Living Our Values: Leading by example as a customer champion, getting SH*T done with speed and precision, and building a team that truly works as one crew.

We're seeking a driven individual with:

  • 3 years' experience in a Broker or leadership role (TL, Assistant TL, or 2IC) within working capital, business lending or SME finance.
  • Strong knowledge of working capital products such as unsecured and secured business loans, lines of credit, invoice finance and trade finance.
  • An unwavering passion for developing and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud SaaS, including CRMs, dialler systems and call recording platforms.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning prowess, with a sharp eye for the details of business credit assessment, from bank statements and cash flow to serviceability.
  • A sharp, analytical mind capable of rapid problem-solving when clients need funding quickly.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, tailored for effective interaction with both business owners and lender partners.
