JOB DUTIES:

Branch is organized into Tactical Analysis Feedback Facilities (TAFFs) and/or Cells, Facility Access Control and Live Fire Operations Center. Responsible for all aspects of Branch management to accomplish PWS requirements IAW applicable federal, state and Army regulations as well as Valiant corporate policies/procedures. Major management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: providing all PWS products and services to PWS time and quality standards; developing employee work plans and schedules; employee training, certification and professional development; conducting employee performance and administrative counseling, property accountability; testing, trouble-shooting, corrective action, and operational certification for the Instrumentation System; quality control; safety; and, development of Branch-specific Standing Operating Procedures. Accomplishes other tasks and assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Experience: Associate degree. Active Duty or Reserve experience as a combat arms Brigade Operations Officer or higher, Senior NCO with Staff Experience, or equivalent. Military or civilian supervisory experience in exercise development, training management, or battle simulation.

Desired Experience: Former Battalion Commander/equivalent, or Sergeant Major. Bachelor’s Degree. Relevant experience as a Combat Training Center Observer Coach Trainer or relevant work at a Combat Training Center. Relevant experience managing a civilian workforce on a federal service contract.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations. Must possess Secret security clearance and be able to work non-standard work schedules that include nights and weekends. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.
