The posting

REQUISITOS:

- Contar con C.E o D.N.I vigente.

- Experiencia mínima de 03 meses en call center o experiencia presencial en atención al cliente (mínimo 06 meses).

- Ingles avanzado certificado.

- Disponibilidad para laborar de forma presencial en el distrito de San Borja.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos mañana/tarde/madrugada. Gestión diaria de 8h+45 minutos de break.

FUNCIONES:

- Brindar soporte frente alguna consulta o inconveniente que tengan los usuarios con respecto al servicio ofreciendo soluciones adecuadas a los clientes y sondear la causa del problema a través de los canales de atención: Llamadas, chats y correos.
