The posting

Requisitos:

  • Contar con DNI o C.E vigente
  • Profesional en Administración o carreras similares
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en uso de software de oficina, conocimientos solidos de Excel, incluyendo suites de Microsoft Office y aplicaciones de gestión de base de datos.
  • Dominio en redacción de informes y estandarización de la información.
  • Deseable experiencia de trabajo con población migrante venezolana.
  • Experiencia mínima de un año en cargos similares.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata. (Trabajo presencial en el distrito de Miraflores)
  • Horario de Lunes a sábado de 8:00 am a 6:00 pm ( 1 hora de almuerzo).

Funciones:

  • Coordinar y supervisar la adquisición de bienes y servicios necesarios para el proyecto, tanto en campo como en oficina, asegurando que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos por la organización y se obtengan al mejor precio posible.
  • Realizar análisis comparativos para evaluar y seleccionar proveedores potenciales, negociando términos y condiciones de los contratos para asegurar acuerdos favorables.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones efectivas con proveedores, garantizando que los acuerdos y compromisos se cumplan según lo pactado.
  • Gestionar el inventario de materiales y suministros, manteniendo un seguimiento riguroso de los niveles de existencias y generando informes periódicos sobre el estado del inventario.
  • Coordinar el transporte y la distribución de materiales a las áreas de implementación del proyecto, asegurando una entrega oportuna, en condiciones seguras, y cumpliendo con los requerimientos logísticos del proyecto.
  • Procesar facturas, gastos y reembolsos, tanto en formato físico como electrónico, incluyendo la gestión de copias y escaneo de documentos según sea necesario. Elaborar y utilizar macros para facilitar el procesamiento de pagos a proveedores.
  • Preparar documentación financiera, como órdenes de pago, necesaria para la elaboración de informes financieros periódicos.
  • Generar y mantener actas de entrada y salida de bienes pertenecientes a la organización, asegurando un control adecuado de los activos.
  • Coordinar la logística necesaria para reuniones, eventos y viajes, gestionando reservas, el uso de salas de reuniones y otros recursos logísticos requeridos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros miembros del equipo del proyecto para integrar de manera efectiva las actividades logísticas con las demás áreas de trabajo, asegurando una buena comunicación y coordinación interdepartamental.
