REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS QUE DEBE CUMPLIR EL/LA CONSULTOR(A)

- Bachiller en ciencias sociales, políticas, humanas, psicología, comunicaciones, obstetricia, ciencias de la salud y/o afines.

- Capacitación o especialización en materia de violencia basada en género.

- Experiencia profesional mínima de 3 años.

- Comprobada experiencia en la facilitación de talleres dirigidos a la prevención de la violencia basada en género a grupos comunitarios diversos, incluyendo niñas, adolescentes y madres y padres de familia. Habilidades organizativas.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en la localidad de Piura

ACCIONES A REALIZAR:

- Diseñar y ejecutar 2 talleres participativos de hora y media de duración dirigidas a familias de las participantes del programa Chamas en Acción. Las charlas se realizarán el día 24 de enero y el 25 de enero.

- Ejecutar la validación del contenido y metodología de las charlas con familias de la red de Quinta Ola y, realizar los ajustes necesarios a su propuesta inicial de acuerdo a la retroalimentación recibida.

- Diseñar y ejecutar 8 talleres de hora y media de duración dirigidas a las participantes del programa Micaelas Solidarias: 4 talleres están dirigidas a niñas de 7 a 10 años y 4 talleres a niñas de 11 a 13 años. Los talleres se desarrollarán entre los meses de febrero y marzo.

- Diseñar y ejecutar 4 talleres de hora y media de duración dirigidos a las familias de las participantes del programa Micaelas Solidarias. Los talleres se desarrollarán entre los meses de febrero y marzo.

- Ejecutar la validación del contenido y metodología de los talleres indicados con el Consejo Consultivo de Adolescentes y Jóvenes de Quinta Ola y la red de familias, realizar los ajustes necesarios a su propuesta inicial de acuerdo a la retroalimentación recibida.

- Apoyo durante el desarrollo del evento comunitario en Piura, brindando información en el stand de la organización y coadyuvando a alcanzar la meta de 150 personas participantes, entre ellas, personas de la comunidad migrante y refugiada en el Perú. El evento comunitario está programado para el mes de abril.

- Desarrollo metodológico y Facilitación de 10 talleres de una hora dirigidos a actores clave en los servicios de protección en la ciudad de Piura. Los talleres se desarrollarán entre los meses de enero y abril de 2025.

- Apoyo en el mapeo para la entrega de los kits de dignidad a personas de la comunidad migrante y desplazada, de acuerdo al perfil brindado.

PLAZO DE EJECUCIÓN DEL SERVICIO:

- El plazo del presente contrato es de cuatro meses, comenzando el 02 de enero de 2025 y finalizando el 30 de abril de 2025.
