Requisitos

  • Documento de identidad vigente ( DNI, Carnet de extranjería)
  • Disponibilidad de trabajo presencial en Miraflores
  • Experiencia de 1 año mínimo como asistente de turno en restaurantes de comida rápida o tiendas retail.
  • Contar con estudios en Carrera técnica o universitaria de Administración, Hotelería y turismo y/o afines.
  • Disponibilidad de trabajo presencial en zonas como Puebo libre, Miraflores, Surco o San Borja. Deseable manejo de Excel a nivel básico / intermedio.
  • Contar con carné manipulador de alimentos
  • Disponibilidad de trabajo en Horarios rotativos: bloques entre 8am a 1am

Funciones

- En su turno, supervisa y revisa el cuadre diario de caja. - Verificar la apertura, desarrollo y cierre de caja. - Supervisar el estado físico del local, limpieza y funcionamiento de equipos. - Apoyar en la revisión del inventario diario de los productos necesarios para el funcionamiento. - Actualiza el inventario con los movimientos generados en su turno - Verifica la correcta rotación de los productos del almacén y que son despachados a barra - Apoyo en el control de calidad de los productos recibidos, en cantidades, fecha de vencimiento. - Garantizar la reposición del inventario en forma oportuna y en las cantidades necesarias - Supervisar el cumplimiento de los horarios del personal y el uso del uniforme completo. - Se asegura que las normas de higiene y seguridad se cumplan. - Ejecutar el programa de mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones del local - Hacer seguimiento al plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos y local en general, velando para que se cumpla. - Supervisar y orientar en la atención al cliente. - Velar que se ofrezca adecuado y eficiente servicio a los clientes en cuanto a la atención y asesoramiento de los productos.
