DECOLLETEUR CNC EXPERT TECHNIQUE \& SPECIALISTE OUTILLAGE H/F

Votre mission :

  • Assurer de manière autonome la programmation ISO, les mises en train et les réglages complets des décolleteuses CNC.
  • Garantir la maîtrise des processus de fabrication de composants de très petites dimensions et de haute précision.
  • Maîtriser les exigences d'usinage sur divers matériaux techniques.
  • Développer, et optimiser les solutions d'outillage, les stratégies d'usinage et les conditions de coupe.
  • Assurer le suivi de production tout en respectant les protocoles.
  • Garantir la qualité, la stabilité des procédés et la conformité dimensionnelle et esthétique des pièces produites.
  • Analyser les problématiques techniques, identifier les causes de dérives et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptables.
  • Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration des processus, des méthodes de fabrication, des temps de cycle et de la performance globale.
  • Participer activement aux projets techniques et à l'évolution des moyens de production.
  • Contribuer à la coordination et à la bonne organisation des activités de production, en travaillant de manière étroite avec le responsable de production.

Votre profil :

  • CFC de Décolleteur, Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien, Mécanicien de précision ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience en milieu industriel indispensable , avec une expérience confirmée dans le décolletage de précision.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la programmation CNC ISO et parfaite autonomie dans les mises en train et les réglages.
  • Très bonne maîtrise et autonome à travailler sur des décolleteuses CNC.
  • Connaissances confirmées en outillage, choix des outils coupants, géométrie, conditions de coupe et optimisation des procédés.
  • Capacité à intervenir sur des problématiques techniques complexes et à proposer des solutions pertinentes.
  • Vous êtes un professionnel passionné, reconnu pour votre maîtrise technique et votre expérience.
  • Vous disposez d'une excellente capacité d'analyse et d'une vision globale, des enjeux de production.
  • Vous êtes naturellement force de proposition et participez activement à l'amélioration continue.
  • Vous appréciez transmettre vos connaissances et partager votre expertise.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre du recul, de participer aux décisions techniques, et de devenir un référent technique si nécessaire
  • Résidence en Suisse souhaitée
