Nous recherchons un Animateur qualité (H/F) pour accompagner les équipes de production dans le respect des exigences qualité et des critères esthétiques des produits horlogers. Vos missions - Faire le lien entre le secteur et le technicien qualité, en signalant les incidents et les produits non conformes. - Réaliser des audits de postes afin de vérifier l-application des méthodes et des moyens de contrôle. - Former et coacher les collaborateurs sur les exigences qualité et les critères esthétiques. - Effectuer des contrôles pour garantir le respect des standards établis. - Préparer les bilans hebdomadaires et animer les réunions qualité transversales. - Participer à la validation des critères esthétiques des pièces produites.

Votre profil

Votre formation - Diplôme de Technicien ES en mécanique ou en microtechnique. Vos compétences - Expérience professionnelle d-au moins 3 ans dans le contrôle qualité de produits horlogers. - Maîtrise du contrôle esthétique et des outils qualité de base. - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. - Capacités en formation, coaching et réalisation d-audits. - Rigueur, sens de l-observation et aisance dans la communication.
