Votre mission

Pour l-un de nos clients de renom dans le domaine de l-horlogerie, nous recherchons des Chargés de projets industrialisation (H/F) pour accompagner le développement de ses activités dans la région. Vous pilotez le passage de l-idée à la production : vous transformez les nouveaux produits et les nouveaux processus en solutions industrielles concrètes, en fédérant des équipes autour d-objectifs ambitieux. Un rôle à fort impact, où vos choix techniques se retrouvent directement dans la production. Vos tâches : Piloter des projets d-industrialisation liés aux nouveaux produits, aux évolutions de vie série et aux nouveaux processus Analyser les besoins, établir les scénarios industriels et proposer les solutions techniques adaptées Planifier et coordonner les activités, les ressources, les livrables et les jalons avec les équipes métiers et les partenaires internes ou externes Assurer la qualification industrielle ainsi que la conformité des données techniques et des référentiels applicables Suivre les budgets, les plannings, les risques et les écarts, et assurer le reporting des projets Animer les instances de suivi et fédérer les contributeurs autour des objectifs des projets Contribuer à l-amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des pratiques d-industrialisation

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne autonome et rigoureuse, avec du leadership et le sens des responsabilités, à l-aise pour fédérer des équipes transverses. Vous avez : Une formation supérieure technique de type Ingénieur EPF, HES, universitaire ou équivalent Une expérience confirmée en gestion de projets industriels, idéalement dans un environnement de production exigeant Une connaissance des processus d-industrialisation, de la qualification industrielle et de la gestion des risques La maîtrise des outils de planification, de suivi de projets, de gestion des données techniques et de reporting Vous êtes : Capable d-analyser des problématiques complexes, d-établir des priorités et de conduire plusieurs projets en parallèle Doté·e d-une bonne aisance relationnelle et d-un esprit de synthèse Disponible pour suivre une formation initiale à Genève avant de poursuivre la mission dans le canton de Fribourg
