Pour l-un de nos clients de renom dans le domaine de l-horlogerie, nous recherchons des Coordinateurs techniques maintenance (H/F) pour accompagner le développement de ses activités dans la région. Vous êtes le pivot de l-équipe maintenance : vous animez, orientez et coordonnez les interventions, et vous aidez les techniciens à grandir. Un rôle de terrain et de leadership, au cœur d-un environnement industriel exigeant. Vos tâches : Animer les échanges au sein de l-équipe maintenance et veiller au respect des standards d-intervention Coordonner les actions avec les clients exploitants, les équipes internes et les partenaires externes pour garantir le bon déroulement des interventions Orienter les priorités d-intervention avec l-ordonnanceur et suivre l-avancement des ordres de travail du secteur Identifier les points bloquants, proposer des solutions techniques et solliciter les expertises nécessaires Assurer l-interface avec les Méthodes, notamment pour les demandes de modification et l-évolution des solutions techniques Accompagner les techniciens, favoriser le développement de leurs compétences et contribuer à l-intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs Animer les séances de suivi, assurer le reporting auprès du manager et contribuer aux actions d-amélioration continue

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne autonome, rigoureuse et pleine d-initiative, avec du leadership, le sens du service et une vraie force de proposition. Vous avez : Une formation technique en maintenance, en mécanique, en automatisation, ou équivalente Une expérience dans la coordination d-activités de maintenance en environnement industriel Une polyvalence technique et la capacité d-analyser des problématiques liées aux équipements de production La maîtrise d-un système de gestion intégré, des outils d-analyse et des outils informatiques usuels Des connaissances de l-anglais et/ou de l-allemand de niveau intermédiaire (B1), un atout Vous êtes : À l-aise en communication, avec des interlocuteurs variés Disponible pour des horaires flexibles, des déplacements entre sites et un service d-astreinte selon les besoins
