Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise industrielle en plein développement basée dans le canton de Vaud, nous recherchons un professionnel de terrain, polyvalent et motivé, souhaitant s'investir durablement au sein d'une structure dynamique. Vos responsabilités : - Participer aux différentes étapes de fabrication et de transformation de pièces et d'ensembles métalliques. - Effectuer des travaux variés de mécanique, d'assemblage, d'ajustage et de production. - Assurer la conduite, le réglage et le suivi de différents équipements industriels. - Contribuer à l'optimisation des méthodes de travail et à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication. - Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et des délais de production. - Collaborer étroitement avec les différents membres de l'atelier et apporter votre soutien selon les besoins. - Participer activement au développement des activités et à l'intégration de nouveaux procédés de fabrication. - Selon votre expérience et vos aptitudes, évoluer progressivement vers des responsabilités de coordination ou d'encadrement d'équipe.

Votre profil

- Formation technique de type CFC de polymécanicien, mécanicien de production, constructeur métallique, chaudronnier ou formation jugée équivalente. - Expérience pratique dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans le travail des métaux. - Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication mécanique et aisance avec les équipements de production. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant la collaboration et l'entraide. - Grande polyvalence, curiosité technique et volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles méthodes de travail. - Personnalité proactive, pragmatique et orientée solutions. - Esprit d'initiative, sens des responsabilités et envie de s'impliquer dans un projet d'entreprise sur le long terme. - Une expérience dans la coordination d'équipe ou un intérêt pour évoluer vers une fonction d'encadrement constitue un atout.
