Pour l-un de nos clients de renom dans le domaine de l-horlogerie, nous recherchons des Techniciens de maintenance (H/F) pour accompagner le développement de ses activités dans la région. Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement d-équipements de production de pointe : stocks automatiques, robots mobiles autonomes, véhicules à guidage automatique. Un poste qui mêle diagnostic, technique et amélioration continue, au cœur d-un environnement industriel exigeant. Vos tâches : Assurer la maintenance corrective des équipements de production, des stocks automatiques, des robots mobiles autonomes et des véhicules à guidage automatique Appliquer les méthodologies de diagnostic, identifier les causes premières des dysfonctionnements et remettre les équipements en service dans les délais attendus Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et contribuer à l-amélioration des plans de maintenance Préparer les interventions selon les contraintes d-exploitation, analyser l-historique des équipements et respecter les consignes de sécurité et d-environnement Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions de fiabilisation, des modifications techniques et des améliorations des équipements Coordonner et accompagner les intervenants internes et externes, en assurant le suivi et la validation de leurs interventions Partager les connaissances techniques avec les équipes et collaborer avec les partenaires internes sur des projets et des travaux transverses

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, autonome et curieuse sur le plan technique, avec un bon esprit d-équipe et une vraie aisance en communication. Vous avez : Une formation technique en mécanique, en automatisation, en électrotechnique, ou équivalente Une expérience dans la maintenance d-équipements industriels automatisés, idéalement dans un environnement de production exigeant Une polyvalence technique confirmée en mécanique, électricité, pneumatique et hydraulique Des connaissances en automatisation, commandes numériques, robotique et informatique industrielle La maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et d-un système de gestion intégré Des connaissances de l-anglais et/ou de l-allemand de niveau intermédiaire (B1), un atout Vous êtes : Disponible pour des horaires flexibles, des déplacements entre sites et un service d-astreinte selon les besoins
