Als Sales & Retail Support Coördinator ben je de verbindende schakel tussen het hoofdkantoor en de winkels. Je bent de rechterhand van de collega die verantwoordelijk is voor de communicatie met de winkels en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Van bestellingen en materialen tot facilitaire zaken: jij houdt overzicht, stemt af met de juiste partijen en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Je werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig en bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteuning van de winkels: je ondersteunt de dagelijkse communicatie met de winkels en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en verzoeken bij de juiste personen terechtkomen en worden opgevolgd.
  • Orders en materialen: je coördineert en bewaakt dat bestellingen en winkelmaterialen op de juiste locatie en het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn.
  • Communicatie voor de Belgische markt: je vertaalt en stemt interne communicatie af op de winkels, zodat informatie aansluit bij de lokale situatie.
  • Facilitaire zaken: je regelt praktische benodigdheden voor de winkels, zoals kassasystemen, laptops en transport.
  • Afstemming en coördinatie: je schakelt met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partijen om zaken goed op elkaar af te stemmen en tijdig te regelen.
  • Planning en opvolging: je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt overzicht en onderneemt actie wanneer zaken anders lopen dan gepland.

Het is een afwisselende functie waarin organiseren, communiceren en regelen samenkomen. Je hebt contact met verschillende collega’s, krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig zaken op te pakken en levert een directe bijdrage aan het soepel functioneren van de Belgische winkels. Bovendien krijg je de kans om mee te groeien met een internationale Retailer die volop in ontwikkeling is.

  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht.
  • Je bent proactief en wacht niet af wanneer je ziet dat iets geregeld moet worden.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende mensen en afdelingen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlandse en Franse taal goed en kunt interne informatie vertalen naar de Belgische markt.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen en krijgt energie van een ondersteunende, veelzijdige rol.
  • Je kunt goed overweg met digitale systemen en administratieve processen.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zodat je gemakkelijk kunt schakelen tussen de Belgische winkels en de interne organisatie.
