Assistent Accountant Agri / Barneveld

Wat ga je doen?

Als assistent accountant bij Vallei Agri is geen dag hetzelfde en daarom ga jij elke dag weer met plezier naar je werk. Zo heb je verschillende uitvoerende werkzaamheden, waaronder het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het verder ondersteunen van de accountants en het begeleiden van (junior) collega’s. Tot slot fungeer je ook als sparringpartner voor de klanten, waarbij je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies geeft. Zo komen cijfermatig werk, nauwkeurigheid, samenwerken, ontwikkelen, oplossingen bedenken en klantcontact allemaal samen in een uitdagende functie.

Jouw team Je werkt binnen ons agri-team – beter bekend als de cijferboeren – een deskundig en energiek team van circa 35 collega’s dat actief is vanuit Woudenberg en Barneveld. We helpen bedrijven uit de regio die actief zijn in de agrarische sector met alle aspecten van hun bedrijfsvoering en ontwikkeling: van boekhouding tot jaarrekening, van strategie tot financiering en van investeringsplan tot subsidieaanvraag. Wat ons bijzonder maakt, is onze sterke binding met de sector. Veel collega’s zijn zelf opgegroeid in een agrarische omgeving en weten daardoor precies wat er speelt. Met die kennis van zaken, een nuchtere blik, korte lijnen en persoonlijke betrokkenheid halen we samen het beste uit iedere onderneming — vandaag én morgen. Binnen het team werken accountants, bedrijfsadviseurs en fiscalisten nauw samen, zodat we onze klanten integraal kunnen adviseren en ondersteunen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • HBO Accountancy, Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Agrarische richting of bezig met je AA
  • Minimaal 3 jaar binnen accountancy
  • Ervaring in de agrarische sector is meegenomen, affiniteit is een must
  • Geloof in samenwerken en aandacht voor je teamleden
  • Liefde voor het vak en gedreven om te leren

  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.800 en € 4.400 (op fulltime basis)

Je kunt zelfs de overstap maken naar een ander vakgebied, zoals bedrijfsadvies of finance & business control, of naar een andere vestiging. We geloven dus niet in standaard loopbanen, maar in persoonlijke groei — op jouw tempo, met de begeleiding en klanten die jij nodig hebt.
