Ben jij beginnend assistent accountant en op zoek naar de juiste begeleiding en uitdagende MKB klanten? Zoek niet verder!

Wat ga je doen?

Als beginnend assistent accountant bij Vallei Accountants is geen dag hetzelfde en heb je veel contact met je collega’s. Daarom ga jij elke dag met plezier naar je werk. Je bent bezig met het samenstellen van eenvoudige jaarrekeningen, voorbereiden van fiscale aangiften en verwerken van administraties. Daarnaast ondersteun je onze ervaren assistenten met analyses, rapportages en meer complexe samenstelopdrachten. Bij het uitvoeren van jouw werkzaamheden heb je veel contact met je (ervaren) teamleden. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat jij je kan ontwikkelen tot gevorderd assistent accountant en de stap kan maken naar klantcontact en complexe samenstelopdrachten. In deze uitdagende functie komen cijfermatig werk, nauwkeurigheid, samenwerken, ontwikkelen, werkplezier en groeien in het vak allemaal samen.

Jouw team

Je standplaats wordt ons kantoor in Amsterdam, dat sinds 2020 onderdeel is van Vallei, na de overname van AccountAbilities en Stighter & Partners. Deze stap heeft ons een stevige basis gegeven in de Amsterdamse en Noord-Hollandse markt. Inmiddels bestaat het team uit 10 ervaren professionals in het samenstelteam, aangevuld met 4 salarisadministrateurs en een aantal fiscalisten. Samen werken we aan de verdere groei van onze klantenportefeuille, met nationale en internationale MKB-bedrijven.

Kenmerkend voor ons team in Amsterdam is de combinatie van ervaring, sterke groeiambitie en samenwerken. Je hebt veel contact met je collega’s, van ervaren professionals tot specialisten in andere vakgebieden. Bovendien maak je deel uit van Vallei, waar maar liefst 120 professionals in samenstel werken, actief kennis met elkaar delen en gezamenlijk werken aan het succes van onze klanten. Bij Vallei krijg je volop de ruimte om je vaktechnisch én in functieniveau te groeien. Je rol biedt de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar gevorderd assistent-accountant of relatiebeheerder, waarbij je verantwoordelijkheid pakt die bij de rol past — of juist verder gaat. Want bij Vallei krijg je volop de kans om extra taken op te pakken, ook als deze niet in de functieomschrijving staan.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • HBO (bezig of afgerond) in accountancy of finance & control
  • Werkervaring binnen accountancy of finance is mooi meegenomen
  • Beheersing van Engels is mooi meegenomen
  • Leergierig, zelfstartend vermogen, communicatief vaardig en durf om vragen te stellen
  • Bewuste keuze voor accountancy en samenstel

We geloven dus niet in standaard loopbanen, maar in persoonlijke groei — op jouw tempo, met de begeleiding en klanten die jij nodig hebt.
