Wat ga je doen?

Als salarisadministrateur ga jij dagelijks aan de slag met de salarisadministratie van onze klanten. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel in het proces omdat je er voor zorgt dat het betreffende personeel tijdig en correct wordt uitbetaald. Maandelijks verwerk je de mutaties terwijl je zorgt dat alle gegevens juist in Loket staan. Aan uitdaging geen gebrek omdat je telkens schakelt tussen diverse klanten en bijbehorende Cao’s. Aan jou de taak om gestructureerd te werk te gaan, mee te denken met personele vraagstukken en advies te geven gebruikmakend van de huidige wet- en regelgeving. Tegelijkertijd bouw je duurzame klantrelaties op. Je beheert als salarisadministrateur bij Vallei Accountants namelijk je eigen klantenportefeuille, waardoor je altijd weet wat er speelt bij welke klant. Doordat je fungeert als sparringpartner kan een bezoek bij de klant op zijn tijd niet ontbreken. Zo ben je niet alleen salarisadministrateur, maar ook adviseur.

Jouw team

Je standplaats wordt onze vestiging in Sliedrecht of Nieuwegein (of een combinatie daarvan, naar eigen inzicht te verdelen). Je maakt deel uit van een groep van 15 ervaren salarisadministrateurs binnen Vallei, die onderling nauw samenwerken om kennis te delen en elkaar te ondersteunen. In Sliedrecht en Nieuwegein werk je binnen het samenstelteam, samen met collega’s uit accountancy en fiscaliteit. Deze kantoren maken sinds 2024 deel uit van Vallei Finance Group en zijn volop in ontwikkeling: groei in klanten, uitbreiding van teams en de stap naar nieuwe diensten. Voor jou is dit een kans: je kan jouw vakkennis verdiepen en je kan (desgewenst) meegroeien richting HR-advies en het verbeteren van processen en systemen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou

  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen accountancy
  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau en PDL diploma
  • Ervaring met Loket, AFAS en/of Nmbrs
  • Ruime ervaring met het werken met diverse cao’s
  • Je bent proactief, klant- en oplossingsgericht
