Secretaresse

Als secretaresse ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en houd je de organisatie draaiende. Je zorgt voor een gastvrije ontvangst, bewaakt het overzicht en ondersteunt collega’s binnen een dynamische, snelgroeiende accountantsorganisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als secretaresse en officemanager in Barneveld ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt deadlines en kwaliteit, en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment ontvang je bezoekers aan de balie, daarna neem je telefoontjes aan of verwelkom je deelnemers in de vergaderzaal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat cursussen en bijeenkomsten tot in de puntjes zijn voorbereid.

Je houdt het CRM-systeem actueel, plant afspraken efficiënt in en controleert of dossiers compleet en verzorgd de deur uitgaan. Daarnaast organiseer je zonder moeite een lunchafspraak, jubileumviering of VTO. Je speelt daarmee een belangrijke rol in het verbinden van collega’s en het creëren van een prettige werkomgeving.

Ook op facilitair gebied ben jij onmisbaar. Van kantoorbenodigdheden tot onderhoudszaken: jij zorgt ervoor dat het kantoor representatief, georganiseerd en prettig blijft om in te werken. En wanneer er onverwacht een spoedklus tussendoor komt, houd jij het hoofd koel, stel je de juiste prioriteiten en schakel je snel. Aan het einde van een afwisselende werkdag kijk je met voldoening terug op alles wat je hebt geregeld.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

· Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functie

· Afgeronde MBO-4 of HBO secretarieel of officemanagement

· Je bent proactief, klant- en oplossingsgericht

Wat wij bieden.

· Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.700 en € 3.500 (op fulltime basis)

· Contract voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
