OBJETIVO:

Realizar funciones operativas del Almacén, aplicando los procedimientos establecidos en el área de Inventarios; recibir y entregar los materiales, equipos y documentación de la empresa para los clientes, en los tiempos establecidos en el procedimiento.

ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Realizar actividades de carga, descarga, estiba, desestiba, empaque, desempaque, embarque, desembarque, acomodo, identificación, clasificación y protección de materiales en la Sucursal.
  • Identificar los materiales que se reciben de acuerdo a Procedimiento P-INV-04.
  • Acomodar los materiales en sus ubicaciones correspondientes y de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Procedimiento P-INV-04.
  • Acomodar los materiales en cajas para su almacenamiento, así como también resolver el reporte de anomalías F03-P-INV-04.
  • Reacomodar los materiales basado en la rotación que presentan en la sucursales, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Procedimiento P-INV-04.
  • Solicitar con su jefe inmediato los cambios de mercancía en el sistema actualizando la ubicación y re-etiquetando el material de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Procedimiento P-INV-04.
  • Preparar materiales para surtir requerimientos de los clientes así como traspasos de materiales a otros almacenes de la empresa, según Procedimiento P-INV-05.
  • Participar en caso de que se requiera en los conteos físicos de materiales en inventarios cíclicos, inventarios de muestreo o inventario general.
  • Recibir y cargar los materiales a la unidad vehícular de reparto de acuerdo a procedimiento.
  • Entregar los materiales a los clientes de acuerdo a procedimiento.
  • Entregar la documentación para cobranza y algunos soportes de servicio prestados de acuerdo a procedimiento.
  • Entregar los materiales y/o paquetería en zonas foráneas en caso de que se requiera por necesidades a cada localidad.
  • Entregar los materiales por medio de la aplicación telefónica de acuerdo a procedimiento.
  • Salvaguardar la unidad asinada (de acuerdo a la necesidad de la Sucursal) para realizar las funciones de la posición, reportando al Jefe de Almacén y/o Coordinador de Inventarios cualquier anomalía que llegase a tener.
  • Ser responsable de programar los servicios necesarios para la correcta funcionalidad de la unidad vehícular.
  • Conocer y apegarse a los procedimientos del área registrados en el SGI.
  • Cumplir con el Programa de Compliance y Código de conducta de la empresa. Cumplir con los procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente vigentes de la Empresa
  • Cualquier otra actividad que se requiera y vaya en función de su puesto o departamento.

EDUCACIÓN:

Preparatoria

EXPERIENCIA:

1 año en puestos similares de Chofer y Almacenista

CONOCIMIENTOS:

1. Básicos de Computación y aplicaciones digitales. 2. Procedimiento Interno P-INV-04 y P-INV-05 3. Manejo unidades de carga de 3.5 Toneladas o más ligeras (Estándar). 4. Conocimiento básico del Reglamento de tránsito. 4. Conocimientos básicos de Primeros Auxilios. 5. Manejo Básico Sist, MAPS
