Liderar programas de retención del personal, control de métricos, planes de acción y mejora de ambiente laboral que impactan directamente la experiencia del colaborador en la región que coordina. Programa de onboarding Segmento de people managers o mandos medios Plan Employee Experience Norma 035

Monitoreo diario de estatus del personal en términos de la operatividad de su región: ausentismo, rotación, relaciones laborales, motivos de baja e incidencias de todo tipo.

Responsable de la ejecución y seguimiento del programa de On boarding-Mentorado del personal.

Comunicación y colaboración continua en forma vertical y horizontal con toda la región bajo su responsabilidad, así como con sus pares.

Seguimiento semanal y mensual con sus clientes internos

Seguimiento de acciones con clientes externos

Realiza Coaching y funge como Mentor en su disciplina con el personal bajo su responsabilidad.

Capacitación de mandos medios en Administración de personal.

Aseguramiento del plan de acción como resultado de las encuestas de clima laboral y todas aquellas que impactan la experiencia del colaborador.

Aseguramiento del Plan de Reconocimiento.

Inducción de personal de nuevo ingreso en lo que respecta a Relaciones Laborales en coordinación con Desarrollo organizacional.

Control y monitoreo continuo de indicadores de rotación y ausentismo (Cumplimiento, Junta semanal con Staff/Operación/Soporte).

Control de egresos viajes, viáticos.

Responsable de eventos especiales según la asignación establecida en el plan de Engagement

Seguimiento de los sitios donde se tiene una instalación de la Empresa en términos de clima laboral de los colaboradores, necesidades, aseguramiento de la comunicación y despliegue oportuno de acciones, servicio. Sesiones de revisión de operaciones con programaciones regulares y extraordinarias.

Atención de renuncias y bajas voluntarias e involuntarias del personal que está bajo su cargo.

Atención de entrevistas de salida de personal

Aplicación de RIT y Matriz de Comportamientos y Actos No Permitidos (Reportes, suspensiones, procesos de baja, PIP’s, etc.)

Ejecución de las iniciativas de HR que estén bajo su responsabilidad

Manejo de reportes de head count y de rotación

Monitoreo de FCST de personal de sus sitios o sucursales

Comunicación y retroalimentación con TA y DO para servicios y acciones que están en su competencia

Autorización de créditos a los empleados relacionados con Caja y Fondo de ahorro.

Administración oportuna de las temporalidades

Reporte y validacion de cambios e incidencias a Nominas tiempo extra, ayudas de transporte, nacimientos, créditos etc.

Monitoreo de asuntos legales relacionados con el Abogado-Legal y Junta de conciliación y arbitraje.

Apoyo al departamento en eventos especiales

Cumplir con los requisitos de los estándares internacionales ISO 9001 e ISO14001

Cualquier otra actividad que se requiera y vaya en función de su puesto o departamento.

Cumplir con el Programa de Compliance y Código de conducta de la empresa. Cumplir con los procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente vigentes de la Empresa.

Conocer y apegarse a los procedimientos del área registrados en el SGI.
