Onze thee is van wereldklasse, en de verpakking moet dat ook zijn. Als productiemedewerker sta jij aan de lijn en zorg je dat elk zakje thee dat eraf komt er perfect uitziet: recht geëtiketteerd, juist afgewogen en stevig verzegeld. Je werkt in dagwerk van maandag tot vrijdag, in een kraaknette, moderne omgeving in Oostkamp waar hygiëne en kwaliteit op nummer één staan.

Jouw doel: ervoor zorgen dat elk Valley of Tea-product dat de klant ontvangt goed verpakt is.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

Aan de lijn - Je bedient de verpakkingsmachine volgens de instellingen die de operator klaarzet, vult bij en houdt de productie draaiende.

Kwaliteitscontrole - Je controleert elke verpakking. Is het gewicht juist? Zit het etiket recht? Is de verzegeling perfect? Jij bent onze laatste check.

Signaleren - Loopt er iets mis met de machine, dan leg je stil en haal je de operator erbij. Doorwerken met een haperende lijn kost ons duizend foute zakjes.

Hygiëne - Je houdt je werkplek en de machines in topconditie. In een voedingsomgeving is netheid voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Samenwerking - Je werkt nauw samen met de logistiek zodat de juiste producten op tijd klaarstaan voor verzending.

Passie voor perfectie - Je bent pas tevreden als elk detail klopt.

Je werkt graag met machines - Ervaring is niet nodig, wij leren je alles. Interesse in hoe een lijn werkt, dat wel.

Nauwkeurig en hygiënisch - Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van wat de klant in handen krijgt.

Goede kennis van het Nederlands - Je begrijpt werkinstructies en communiceert vlot met het team.
