Valmieras novada pašvaldība aicina darbā Sociālo lietu pārvaldes struktūrvienībā “Sociālās palīdzības nodaļa” sociālo darbinieku/-ci (uz nenoteiktu laiku).

Ja Tev ir vēlme:

  • organizēt materiālā atbalsta sniegšanu zemu ienākumu mājsaimniecībām un nodrošināt materiālā atbalsta un sociālo garantiju piešķiršanu Valmieras novada iedzīvotājiem;
  • klātienes konsultācijās vai atbildot uz saņemtajiem telefona zvaniem informēt Valmieras novada iedzīvotājus par viņu tiesībām uz sociālo palīdzību un par šo tiesību īstenošanas iespējām, kā arī līdzdarbības pienākumiem;
  • iesaistīties profesionāļu un institucionālajā sadarbībā sociālās palīdzības saņēmēju sociālo problēmu risināšanā;

un ja Tev ir:

  • otrā līmeņa profesionālā augstākā izglītība vai akadēmiskā augstākā izglītība sociālajā darbā, karitatīvajā sociālajā darbā (vai esi pēdējā kursa students/-e ar plānoto iegūstamo profesionālo bakalaura grādu sociālajā darbā un sociālā darbinieka kvalifikāciju);
  • zināšanas un prasme pielietot normatīvos aktus par sociālās palīdzības sniegšanu;
  • valsts valodas prasmes atbilstoši Valsts valodas likuma prasībām;
  • kompetences: labas komunikācijas, empātijas, klausīšanās prasmes, precizitāte un augsta atbildības sajūta, prasme strādāt komandā, spēja ātri un patstāvīgi pieņemt lēmumus nestandarta situācijās, spēja apstrādāt lielu informācijas apjomu;
