Valora Bemanning AB söker nu engagerade undersköterskor och erfarna vårdbiträden till vår vikariepool hos en privat vårdverksamhet inom hemsjukvård i Mölndal, Göteborg. Vi söker dig som brinner för att arbeta med människor och vill bidra till en trygg, professionell och kvalitativ vård. Om tjänsten Som undersköterska eller vårdbiträde kommer du att arbeta inom privat hemsjukvård i Mölndal. Du blir en del av vår vikariepool och erbjuds arbetspass utifrån verksamhetens behov och din tillgänglighet. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat omfatta: Personlig omvårdnad och stöd i patienternas vardag. Hjälp med dagliga aktiviteter och omsorgsinsatser. Observation och rapportering av patienternas hälsotillstånd. Dokumentation enligt verksamhetens rutiner. Samarbete med sjuksköterskor och övrig vårdpersonal. Delegerade hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter, när giltig delegering finns.

Vi söker dig som Är utbildad undersköterska eller vårdbiträde med lång och dokumenterad erfarenhet inom vård och omsorg. Har tidigare erfarenhet av vårdarbete, gärna inom hemsjukvård eller hemtjänst. Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Är ansvarstagande, flexibel och självständig. Har ett professionellt och respektfullt bemötande gentemot patienter och kollegor. Har god samarbetsförmåga och lätt för att anpassa dig till nya arbetsmiljöer.

Meriterande: Tidigare erfarenhet av hemsjukvård. Erfarenhet av delegerade hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter. B-körkort. Erfarenhet av dokumentation inom vård och omsorg.
