À propos de nous E-Finances est un éditeur de logiciels B2B spécialisé dans la gestion financière et la trésorerie. Nos solutions aident les entreprises à optimiser leurs flux financiers et à gagner en visibilité sur leur trésorerie. Nous les déployons en SaaS et en on-premise chez nos clients, avec de forts enjeux de sécurité et de disponibilité.

Nous sommes en pleine phase de modernisation : refonte technique de nos produits historiques, nouvelles fonctionnalités, montée en puissance de nos stacks. Dans une équipe à taille humaine, c’est le bon moment pour laisser une vraie empreinte.

Le poste Rattaché(e) au responsable R&D et IT, vous êtes la personne de référence sur l’infrastructure et l’IT de l’entreprise. Vous partagez votre temps entre le quotidien et les sujets de fond.

Au quotidien

  • Gérer les arrivées et départs : postes, comptes, accès
  • Gérer les accès et les échanges de fichiers sécurisés avec nos clients (SFTP, FTPS, listes blanches)
  • Assurer l’assistance aux utilisateurs et appuyer le support sur les questions d’infrastructure de nos clients en on-premise
  • Administrer Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, DNS et certificats
  • Superviser les systèmes, gérer sauvegardes, mises à jour et patching
  • Être l’interlocuteur du groupe pour les sujets Microsoft 365 et le relais auprès de nos prestataires IT

Pour faire avancer l’entreprise

  • Faire évoluer et optimiser nos environnements cloud et Microsoft (Azure, Entra ID) : sécurité, coûts, bonnes pratiques
  • Automatiser les tâches récurrentes et documenter l’existant
  • Renforcer la sécurité : durcissement des postes et serveurs, suivi des vulnérabilités, réponse aux incidents
  • Contribuer à la conformité (ISO 27001, RGPD), aux réponses aux questionnaires de sécurité et aux audits de nos clients
  • Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues

Votre profil

  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en administration systèmes et réseaux
  • Très bonne connaissance de Windows Server et d’Active Directory
  • Connaissances Linux (Ubuntu et Debian)
  • Connaissances en réseau
  • Connaissances en virtualisation, supervision, sauvegarde et sécurité des systèmes d’information
  • Notions d’Azure (paramétrage, administration courante) ou envie de monter en compétence sur le cloud public
  • Connaissance de Microsoft 365 appréciée : son administration est assurée par le groupe, vous serez notre interlocuteur sur les besoins locaux
  • Bases de scripting (PowerShell idéalement)
  • Autonome : vous prenez les sujets en charge de bout en bout et vous tenez l’équipe informée de votre avancement
  • Rigoureux(se) et capable d’expliquer simplement des sujets techniques à des interlocuteurs non techniques
  • Français courant, anglais technique lu et écrit
  • Une certification (Azure AZ-104, Security+, ISO 27001) est un atout
