KVALITĀTES AUDITORU Kvalitātes vadības daļā (profesijas kods:242313)

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

• uzturēt un pilnveidot Slimnīcas iekšējā kvalitātes vadības sistēmas audita sistēmu un sagatavot auditu gada plānu; • plānot un organizēt iekšējos kvalitātes vadības sistēmas auditus Slimnīcas struktūrvienībās, sagatavojot audita programmas, pārbaudes lapas u.c. nepieciešamo dokumentāciju; • veikt iekšējos kvalitātes vadības sistēmas auditus saskaņā ar auditu gada plānu atbilstoši ISO standartu (piemēram 9001, 15189, 13485 u.c.) un citu Slimnīcas darbību reglamentējošo ārējo un iekšējo normatīvo aktu prasībām un nosacījumiem; • sagatavot atskaites par kvalitātes vadības sistēmas auditu rezultātiem, sekot konstatēto neatbilstību novēršanai un auditu ieteikumu ieviešanai; • piedalīties kvalitātes vadības sistēmas dokumentācijas izstrādē un pilnveidošanā sadarbībā ar struktūrvienību vadītājiem un speciālistiem; • savas kompetences ietvaros piedalīties ārējo uzraugošo institūciju auditos un pārbaudēs.
