Nesta oportunidade, estamos à procura de uma pessoa para atuar como Art Director Pleno | Temporária para se juntar à nossa equipe de Agency.

Principais atividades

  • Criar ideias e conceitos em parceria com o redator.
  • Produzir esboços, storyboards e rascunhos para visualizar ideias.
  • Desdobrar KVs seguindo as diretrizes do departamento criativo do cliente.
  • Desenvolver peças estáticas e em vídeo para redes sociais, mídia online e off-line, PDV e impressos.
  • Compreender as iniciativas de marketing, o posicionamento estratégico das marcas e o público-alvo.
  • Colaborar com o time criativo em diferentes formatos e mídias.
  • Conduzir o trabalho do conceito à entrega final, respeitando os prazos em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
  • Orientar outros designers, quando necessário.
  • Apresentar ideias e peças finalizadas ao cliente e ao time.
  • Acompanhar tendências e aplicar as melhores práticas do mercado, incluindo o uso de IA no processo criativo.

Requisitos

  • + 3 anos de experiência como Art Director, com vivência em agência de publicidade.
  • Experiência com geração de imagens e vídeos por IA e com fotomontagem/manipulação de imagens.
  • Proficiência em Photoshop, Illustrator e InDesign, além de ferramentas de wireframing; conhecimento em Adobe Firefly.
  • Conhecimento em animação e edição de vídeo (After Effects e Premiere).
  • Experiência com materiais off-line (PDV, impressos e eventos).
  • Experiência em Figma.
  • Conhecimento em UI e UX.
  • Portfólio sólido que demonstre habilidades em direção de arte e design gráfico.
  • Inglês intermediário ou superior.
