💼 Deine Aufgaben

  • Advertising-Experte – Du bist für deine Kunden die Ansprechperson bei allen Fragen rund um Amazon Sponsored Ads und DSP Kampagnen.
  • Strategie & Konzeption – Du analysierst Performance-Daten, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinen Kunden nachhaltige Wachstumsstrategien
  • Kundenberatung & -kommunikation – In regelmäßigen Calls besprichst du individuelle Ziele, Maßnahmen und Ergebnisse mit deinen deutschen & internationalen Kunden.
  • Eigenverantwortung – Du identifizierst die To Do's, priorisierst deine Aufgaben und strukturierst deine Arbeitsabläufe kundenübergreifend selbstständig.
  • Weiterentwicklung – Du bringst bereits Erfahrung aus Sponsored Ads und/oder DSP mit, testest neue Amazon Advertising Features und bewertest aktiv deren Potenzial für unsere Kunden.
  • Wissenstransfer – Du stehst deinen Kolleg:innen bei fachlichen Fragestellungen zur Seite, gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter und trägst so aktiv zum Wachstum des gesamten Teams bei.

Stellenanforderungen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts-, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Du verstehst die relevanten Performance-KPIs (z. B. ROAS, ACoS, TACoS) und nutzt sie, um fundierte Optimierungsentscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Auch wenn du bisher nur einen der beiden Bereiche kennengelernt hast, ist das für uns kein Hindernis – wichtig ist uns, dass du motiviert bist, dir auch den anderen anzueignen.
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kunden sowie ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Der Kunde steht für dich an erster Stelle – du überzeugst durch Leidenschaft, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Kommunikation in deutscher (verhandlungssicher) und englischer Sprache sind für dich kein Problem.
