Deine Aufgaben

Als Praktikant (m/w/d) in der Projektkoordination bist du eine unverzichtbare Stütze für unser Team und trägst aktiv zur reibungslosen Abwicklung unserer Wärmepumpenprojekte bei.

  • Hands-on Support: Du kümmerst dich proaktiv um die täglichen operativen Aufgaben in der Projektsteuerung und stellst sicher, dass unsere Planungsprozesse reibungslos funktionieren.
  • VOT-Management: Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordinierung der Vor-Ort-Termine (technische Aufnahme, Ausmessungen). Du jonglierst Kalender und sorgst dafür, dass Techniker und Gegebenheiten vor Ort perfekt zusammenpassen.
  • Partnerkoordination (GaLa): Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Team, den Kund*innen und unseren Partnern im Garten- und Landschaftsbau. Du koordinierst Termine für die Wiederherstellung von Oberflächen und stehst für Rückfragen zur Verfügung.
  • Systempflege: Mit Sorgfalt und Präzision pflegst du unsere internen Systeme und stellst sicher, dass alle Terminstände und Projektdaten aktuell und korrekt sind.

  • Einstellung: Du übernimmst gerne operative Aufgaben im täglichen Doing und packst direkt mit an. Als echter Teamplayer springst du dort ein, wo gerade am meisten Hilfe benötigt wird, und verlierst dabei nie deinen Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Hintergrund: Du befindest dich in einem Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Projektmanagement) oder hast eine entsprechende abgeschlossene Ausbildung. Interesse an der Bau- oder Infrastrukturbranche ist ein definitives Plus.
  • Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, verlässlich und vorausschauend. Auch wenn viele Termine gleichzeitig anstehen, geht dir keine Kleinigkeit durch die Lappen.
  • Sprache: Du kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Deutsch (C2-Niveau), besonders am Telefon und im E-Mail-Verkehr.
  • Verfügbarkeit: Du bist für mindestens drei, idealerweise sechs Monate verfügbar - gerne auch im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums
