Haal jij energie uit complexe elektrische storingen, slimme machines en innovatieve technieken? In Wielsbeke zijn we opzoek naar een elektromechanieker om ons team te versterken .

Je komt terecht in een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde omegving waar jouw technische kennis écht het verschil zal maken. Je combineert elektrische kennis met pneumatica, denkt mee over verbeteringen en werkt samen met een hecht team van techniekers.

Je kan kiezen voor 2 ploegenstelsel of vaste nacht.

Jouw takenpakket:

Als elektromechanieker zorg je ervoor dat het geautomatiseerd machineppalrt optimaal blijft functioneren. Je gaat verder dan het oplossen van storingen: je analyseert de oorzaak, denk mee over structurele verbeteringen en ondersteunt de operatoren om productieproblemen zo efficiënt mogelijk aan te pakken.

Ongeveer 70% van de werkzaamheden zijn elektrisch aangevuld met pneumatische en elektromechanische interventies.

  • Lezen en interpreteren van complexe elektrische en pneumatische schema's om storingen gericht op te lossen
  • Onderhouden, controleren en herstellen van elektrische systemen
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van defecten aan pneumatische systemen
  • Preventief/ curatief onderhoud
  • Meedenken over technische optimalisaties

Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw technisch inzicht te gebruike, initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan een betrouwbaar en efficiënt machinepark

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke elektrische kennis en kunt complexe elektrische schema’s lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt kennis van pneumatische systemen en industriële installaties.
  • Je kunt storingen logisch analyseren en gestructureerd oplossen.
  • Je denkt graag mee over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot met operatoren en collega-techniekers.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
