Elektrisch sterk en zin om technisch een stap verder te zetten? Elektriciteit en pneumatiek vormen jouw technische basis? In deze functie combineer je beide expertises in een moderne productieomgeving waar je niet alleen storingen oplost, maar ook meedenkt over de optimalisatie van machines en installaties.

Voor een innovatieve industriële productieomgeving in de regio Kuurne zoeken we een elektromechanieker die graag storingen analyseert, technische oplossingen bedenkt en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere optimalisatie van het machinepark.

Je komt terecht in een bijzonder nette en moderne werkomgeving, binnen een klein en hecht technisch team waar samenwerken en technische kennis centraal staan.

Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt? Je beperkt je niet alleen tot het oplossen van storingen. Je krijgt ook de kans om samen met de leverancier van de installaties mee te werken aan technische verbeteringen. Zo leer je de machines en hun PLC-sturing beter begrijpen, zonder dat je zelf moet programmeren.

Je werkt in 2 ploegen met een sterke focus op elektriciteit: ongeveer 70% van je takenpakket bestaat uit elektrische werkzaamheden.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt elektrische en elektromechanische storingen
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit om het machinepark in optimale conditie te houden
  • Je spoort elektrische defecten op en zoekt gericht naar de oorzaak van storingen
  • Je werkt aan elektrische componenten, sensoren, motoren, aandrijvingen en industriële installaties
  • Onderhoud en herstellen van pneumatische systemen en componenten
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen aan het machinepark
  • Samenwerken met machineleveranciers om de werking en prestaties van de installaties te verbeteren
  • Je inzicht in machinebesturingen en PLC-logica verder ontwikkelen, zonder dat PLC-programmatie volledig centraal staat

Gestart als éénmanszaak en uitgegroeid tot een onderneming met een zeer familiaal karakter met meer dan 50 personeelsleden. Dankzij de sterke combinatie van een jarenlange ervaring en een uitgebreide technische kennis, bieden wij t otaaloplossingen voor de montage en het onderhoud van industriële installaties aan grote bedrijven en KMO's en dit door heel Vlaanderen.

We zoeken niet zomaar een technieker voor een klant. We kijken naar jouw technische ervaring, kennis en verwachtingen en proberen die te koppelen aan een opdracht die bij jou past.
