Dans la région de Tournai, nous recherchons un technicien de maintenance qui souhaite mettre ses compétences techniques à profit dans un environnement de production fortement automatisé. Vous travaillerez sur des installations industrielles variées, avec une réelle autonomie et une équipe technique sur laquelle vous pourrez compter.

Fonction

En tant que technicien de maintenance, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement et la fiabilité du parc machines. Vous intervenez aussi bien sur les aspects électriques et automatisés que sur la maintenance mécanique.

Votre mission ne se limite pas à résoudre les pannes : vous analysez leur origine, recherchez des solutions durables et participez activement à l'amélioration des installations.

Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative du parc machines.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes électriques et les dysfonctionnements liés à l'automatisation.
  • Analyser les programmes et les commandes PLC afin d'identifier l'origine des problèmes.
  • Lire et interpréter des schémas électriques et des plans techniques.
  • Effectuer des interventions de maintenance mécanique industrielle : démontage, remplacement et réparation de composants.
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations en collaboration avec les opérateurs.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations techniques afin d'optimiser les performances des machines.
  • Limiter les arrêts de production en intervenant rapidement et efficacement.
  • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité et des procédures de maintenance.
  • Vous possédez un diplôme A2 dans une orientation technique ou une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances en électricité industrielle et en automatisation.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques de commutation, les circuits de puissance et de commande.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en mécanique et une expérience en maintenance industrielle.
  • Vous êtes capable de lire et d'interpréter des schémas électriques et des plans techniques.
  • Vous savez analyser une panne et travailler de manière structurée pour trouver une solution.
  • Vous êtes autonome, responsable et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire constitue un atout.
  • Des connaissances en hydraulique et en pneumatique sont un avantage.
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler en deux équipes.
