Ben jij resultaatgericht, organisatorisch sterk en heb je oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit? Als Uitvoerder Metaalconservering bij Van der Ende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische kwaliteit, planning en productiviteit van het project. Je stuurt voormannen en medewerkers aan, bewaakt veiligheid en zorgt voor een geordende werklocatie. Met jouw commerciële inzicht houd je de klant tevreden en denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en productiviteit van projecten
  • Instrueren van voormannen, schilders, spuiters en stralers over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden
  • Zorgdragen voor een strak geordende werklocatie die overzicht en kwaliteit uitstraalt
  • Commercieel inzicht toepassen en zorgen voor een tevreden klant binnen de contractafspraken
  • Veiligheidsomstandigheden en milieuzorg bewaken tijdens projecten
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen in veiligheid, kwaliteit, snelheid en kostenbesparing door voorstellen te doen aan projectleider en andere relevante afdelingen
  • Afwijkingen signaleren, corrigeren en rapporteren aan de projectleider

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de industrie, conserveringsbranche of civiele techniek
  • Commercieel-technisch inzicht en leiderschap om het team te motiveren
  • Vermogen om een goede werksfeer te creëren en samen met het team resultaten te behalen
  • Administratief sterk, planmatig en in staat het team hierin mee te nemen
  • Ambitieus, flexibel, stressbestendig en bereid tot overwerken indien nodig
  • Accuraat en gericht op kwaliteit en procesverbetering
  • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk
