Ben jij een ervaren vakman met leidinggevende kwaliteiten? Wil je werken aan uitdagende projecten binnen één van de grootste metaalconserveerders van Nederland? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een ploeg, het bewaken van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werkzaamheden en het ondersteunen van de (assistent) uitvoerder. Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team aan projecten door heel Nederland.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Voorman ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het mede bewaken van de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften tijdens de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en instrueren van productiemedewerkers.
  • Het signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen tijdens de werkzaamheden en het rapporteren hiervan aan de (assistent) uitvoerder.
  • Het mede verzorgen van bestellingen van benodigd materieel en materiaal voor de projecten.
  • Het afleggen van verantwoording aan de (assistent) uitvoerder.
  • Het bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als constructieschilder en/of gritstraler is een pré.
  • Ervaring als voorman in een vergelijkbare of aansluitende branche is eveneens interessant.
  • Goede leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een enthousiaste, proactieve werkhouding en de bereidheid om hard te werken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
