Administratief Medewerker (16-24 uur of 40 uur)

Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en houd je van afwisseling in je werk? Bij Van der Ven Auto’s krijg je een belangrijke rol in het administratieve hart van onze organisatie. Als Administratief Medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt aan de balie en zorg je ervoor dat onze administratieve processen soepel en foutloos verlopen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we één fulltime collega óf twee parttime collega’s die samen de functie invullen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Baliewerkzaamheden en contact met chauffeurs en klanten;
  • Het overschrijven van voertuigen;
  • Afhandelen van de inkopen van auto’s;
  • Coördineren van de externe transportbedrijven;
  • Uitvoeren van lichte administratieve werkzaamheden, het beantwoorden van telefoongesprekken en het ontvangen van klanten.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over mbo-werk- en -denkniveau;
  • Je bent proactief, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed;
  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling en geen negen-tot-vijfmentaliteit;
  • Je bent 24 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar als parttimer of 40 uur per week als fulltimer;
  • Bij een parttime dienstverband ben je flexibel inzetbaar, zodat de werkzaamheden samen met je collega goed kunnen worden verdeeld;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tijdens vakantieperiodes of bij ziekte van collega’s;
  • Je bent beschikbaar om twee zaterdagen per maand te werken;
  • Je bent per direct beschikbaar.

Dat doen we op een unieke én milieubewuste manier, met daarbij ook onze eigen Venyard, waar klanten zelf onderdelen kunnen demonteren.
