Role Summary

The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator supports a welcoming, organized, and consistent employee experience from preboarding through ongoing HR support. This role facilitates new hire orientation, coordinates onboarding and I-9/E-Verify requirements, helps employees navigate HR processes, and manages incoming requests through Workday Help.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The HR Coordinator will regularly assist English- and Spanish-speaking employees, new hires, and visitors and must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in both languages. The ideal candidate is approachable, highly organized, service-minded, and comfortable using HR systems to manage requests, solve problems, and improve processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate new hire orientation in English and Spanish, creating a warm, welcoming, and consistent first-day experience.
  • Support candidates and new hires from accepted offer through onboarding by answering questions, confirming readiness, and resolving issues before their start date.
  • Coordinate I-9 and E-Verify processes, ensuring required documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage HR requests through Workday Help by monitoring, categorizing, routing, tracking, escalating, and closing employee cases.
  • Provide bilingual HR support to employees by answering questions, explaining processes, troubleshooting basic HRIS issues, and connecting employees with the appropriate HR resource.
  • Maintain HR self-service resources, including FAQs, quick guides, job aids, videos, and employee communications in partnership with HR subject-matter experts.
  • Identify recurring questions and service issues, helping improve HR workflows, ticketing practices, and the overall employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, including the ability to communicate effectively with employees and facilitate new hire orientation in both languages.
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, onboarding, customer service, case management, or a detail-oriented administrative role.
  • Strong customer-service skills with a warm, approachable, and professional communication style.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Comfort working with HR systems, ticketing or case-management tools, Microsoft Office, and confidential employee information.
  • Experience with onboarding, new hire orientation, Workday, Workday Help, or I-9/E-Verify processes strongly preferred.

What You Can Look Forward To

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Paid holidays and vacation.
  • Tuition assistance and 401(k) with company match.
  • A hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.
  • A highly visible role that helps shape each new employee’s first experience with the company.
  • Opportunities to improve HR processes, resources, and service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and other Human Resources teams.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while using standard office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, virtually, and through written communication.
  • Visual acuity sufficient for reviewing employee records, forms, reports, and computer screens.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies, files, or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with routine use of computers, phones, and video-conferencing technology.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
