Van Havermaet is al 80 jaar dé referentie op vlak van gespecialiseerde dienstverlening aan zowel bedrijven alsook de ondernemers en families achter de bedrijven. Vanuit onze kantoren, in Hasselt, Westerlo, Lommel en Leuven adviseren meer dan 300 gedreven maeten onze klanten op financieel, fiscaal, juridisch, strategisch en bedrijfseconomisch vlak.

Ons Tax Team telt vandaag 23 maeten en is op zoek naar een gedreven nieuwe collega om onze International Tax & Transfer Pricing cel verder uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische richting of in de rechten
  • Je beschikt over minstens 8 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen Transfer Pricing, International Tax of een aanverwant domein.

  • Je dienstverlening wordt gekenmerkt door een kritische ingesteldheid, sterke analytische reflexen en een uitgesproken klantgerichtheid.
  • Je haalt energie uit intensief klantencontact en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische, groeiende organisatie en mee te bouwen aan onze expertise in Transfer Pricing & International Tax.
  • Je geeft mee leiding aan een team van een 10-tal fiscalisten gespecialiseerd in Transfer Pricing en International Tax. Je zit mee aan de tekentafel voor internationale fiscale vraagstukken, transfer pricing design-oefeningen en herstructureringen. Vanuit je rol als klantenbeheerder neem je actief deel aan klantmeetings, en op termijn leid je deze vergaderingen autonoom.
  • Je werkt mee bij het aanvragen van rulings aangaande transfer pricing en internationale fiscaliteit (zoals vaste inrichting problematiek). Je neemt hierbij deel aan de besprekingen met de Dienst Voorafgaande Beslissingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij Transfer Pricing audits en hanteert een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak. Samen met onze senior adviseurs ga je in dialoog met de fiscus.
  • Als rechterhand van de klant beperk je je niet tot theoretisch advies: je staat in voor de volledige praktische implementatie van A tot Z, zoals het opstellen van intragroepovereenkomsten, het berekenen van transfer pricing correcties, het uitvoeren van benchmarkanalyses in onze database, DEMPE-analyses, enz.
  • Je analyseert fiscale dossiers vanuit een internationale invalshoek (internationaal fiscale planning, internationale verrekenprijzen, verdragsformaliteiten, Europese richtlijnen, enz.) en detecteert proactief fiscale opportuniteiten voor onze klanten.
  • Je begeleidt, samen met onze junior collega’s, de transfer pricing documentatieverplichtingen van onze klanten.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere uitbouw van onze Transfer Pricing & International Tax-afdeling en onze samenwerking binnen het internationaal Prime Global netwerk.
  • Je neemt deel aan technische transfer pricing meetings met onze Nederlandse en internationale collega’s.
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen en presenteren van klantenseminaries en levert bijdragen aan publicaties in fiscale vakbladen.
