Job description

· Je voert financiële due diligence-onderzoeken (“boekenonderzoeken”) uit in het kader van aan- en verkooptransacties. · Je analyseert financiële en operationele gegevens en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten, risicoanalyses en concrete aanbevelingen voor klanten. · Binnen due diligence-projecten neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor specifieke werkstromen en analyses en werk je nauw samen met de projectmanager. · Je ondersteunt bij de coördinatie en opvolging van lopende dossiers en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en timing van de projecten. · Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams, zoals Taks en Legal om geïntegreerde adviezen aan klanten te formuleren. · Je begeleidt en coacht junior collega’s inhoudelijk en deelt actief jouw kennis en expertise binnen het team. · Je denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van onze aanpak, processen en rapportering. · Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, adviseurs en andere externe partijen in het kader van lopende transacties. · Je bent bereid om je, naast due diligence-onderzoeken, verder te verdiepen in M&A-transacties, waardebepalingen en strategische investeringsvraagstukken.

· Je hebt een masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting. · Je hebt 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in financiële due diligence, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een transaction services-praktijk. · Je beschikt over een sterk financieel-analytisch inzicht en bent in staat complexe informatie kritisch te verwerken. · Je werkt nauwkeurig, proactief en neemt ownership over jouw dossiers. · Je functioneert goed in teamverband en werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders. · Ervaring in het begeleiden van collega’s of het opnemen van een coachende rol is een plus.
