The posting

Samen met de lokale private bankers en relatiemanagers neem jij de financieringsaanvragen voor onze relaties in behandeling, analyseer jij deze en leg jij deze ter fiattering voor aan de afdeling Fiattering & beheer. Wij zoeken naar passende financieringsoplossingen voor de wensen en vragen van onze beleggende private banking relaties, waarbij wij ons onderscheiden in maatwerk, financieren aan de vermogende particulier, de Next Gen alsmede aan de DGA.

Daar zet je graag jouw talenten voor in als Financieringsspecialist bij Van Lanschot Kempen. Het betreft zowel nieuwe (hypothecaire) financieringen als verhogingen en oversluitingen. In overleg met onze relaties vinden de hypotheekaanvragen plaats ofwel met hypotheekadvies of via Execution Only.

Verder ben je bezig met het:

  • beoordelen en aanvragen van onder andere effectenkredieten.
  • financiering van tweede woningen voor eigen gebruik of verhuur.
  • wijzigingsaanvragen in geval van echtscheidingen, overlijden, aflosvorm, etc.

Analytisch, communicatief vaardig in woord en geschrift, flexibel en commercieel zo kunnen we jou als financieringsspecialist het best omschrijven. Talenten die jij inzet om onze klanten iedere dag te gidsen door een continu veranderende wereld. Door verder te denken en door te vragen. En dat komt goed uit als je ook oplossingsgericht kan denken en goed kan samenwerken. Daarnaast heb je:

  • minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als financieringsspecialist of hypotheekadviseur.
  • een afgeronde HBO opleiding en de vereiste WFT-diploma’s als Hypotheken, Consumptief Krediet, Basis en Vermogen.
  • goede timemanagement en weet je met (tijds)druk om te gaan, waarbij samenwerken binnen het team als met de private banker en relatiemanager de basis vormt.
  • oog voor commerciële kansen en weet je deze om te zetten in daden.
