Van Moer Logistics is een groeiende logistieke dienstverlener, actief in transport en distributie, opslag, binnenvaartactiviteiten en tankcontainerlogistiek. Ons doel is om de logistieke processen van onze klanten naadloos te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.

Om deze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Driver Instructor.

Je rol

Als Driver Instructor speel je een belangrijke rol in de opleiding en begeleiding van onze chauffeurs. Je ondersteunt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun opstarttraject, begeleidt chauffeurs in hun verdere ontwikkeling en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle transportorganisatie.

Door middel van coaching en praktijkbegeleiding help je onze chauffeurs om elke dag volgens de hoogste veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en efficiëntienormen te werken. Dankzij jouw expertise en voorbeeldfunctie draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze transportactiviteiten.

Welk profiel zoeken we

  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs CE, Code 95 en een bestuurderskaart.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als beroepschauffeur en bent een voorbeeld op vlak van veiligheid, rijgedrag en professionaliteit.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van de geldende wet- en regelgeving binnen de transportsector en past deze consequent toe in de praktijk.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's op een positieve en constructieve manier te coachen en motiveren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om chauffeurs op verschillende locaties binnen de organisatie te begeleiden.
  • Je kan objectief observeren, evalueren en constructieve feedback geven.
  • Ervaring met opleidingen, coaching of evaluaties van chauffeurs is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een VCA-certificaat.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een ADR-certificaat.
