Welkom bij Van Mossel, waar elke dag een nieuw avontuur biedt! Als Contract Management Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor klanten van onze leaselabels J&T Autolease, DirectLease, Van Mossel Westlease, Leasense, AMEC & Van Mossel Autolease. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen rond onze leasingactiviteiten soepel verlopen.

  • Je start en eindigt je dag met je passie: administratie!
  • Je voert contractaanpassingen door, beheert boetes en betwistingen en regelt tank- en laadkaarten.
  • Daarnaast coördineer je de verkoop van fietsen bij contractbeëindiging en beheer je wagendossiers van onze dealerbedrijven.
  • Verder werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen, zoals verkoop en technische ondersteuning.
  • Last but not least, rapporteer je aan je teamleader.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt al wat kilometers op de teller in een vergelijkbare functie of je hebt je eerste stappen reeds gezet in de wondere wereld van administratie.
  • Cijfers geven jou een echte energieboost.
  • Organisatorisch, leergierig en nauwkeurig zijn geen buzzwoorden voor jou; het beschrijft gewoon wie je bent. Je streeft naar kwaliteit in je werk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent tegelijkertijd een teamspeler.
  • De wereld van computerprogramma’s, zoals het MS-office pakket, heeft voor jou geen geheimen. Bovendien leer je graag bij over automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Communicatie en klantgerichtheid stromen door je aderen.
