De Europese holding van Steenberge Invest verenigt verschillende bedrijven die hout en plaatmateriaal van over de hele wereld importeren, verwerken en leveren aan professionele houthandels en industriële klanten in België en Europa. Ook Alfa Shirt en Publi Art Shirt, gespecialiseerd in gepersonaliseerde textielbedrukking en borduurwerk, en Martens Logistics maken deel uit van onze bedrijvengroep. Binnen onze organisatie gaan groeiambitie en een warme, familiale bedrijfscultuur hand in hand.

Voor onze bedrijvengroep zijn wij on site in Gent-Desteldonk zijn wij op naar een :

LOGISTIEK BEDIENDE TRANSPORT

Waaruit bestaat jouw takenpakket ?

Als medewerker op onze logistieke afdeling neem je volgende taken voor jouw rekening :

• Je biedt ondersteuning aan de transportplanning.

• Je bewaakt rij- en rusttijden, laadcapaciteit en volgt andere wettelijke beperkingen zoals vervoersvergunningen, tachograafdata, cabotageregels, vrachtwagenheffing op.

• Je staat in voor Fleetmanagement : schadegevallen, claims en leveringsproblemen handel je af.

• Je boekt orders in het ERP- of TMS-systeem.

• Je stelt transportdocumenten zoals CMR, leveringsbon, pakbon op en controleert deze.

• Je volgt kerncijfers op en rapporteert over leverbetrouwbaarheid, beladingsgraad, lege kilometers, kost per rit of per ton, klachtenratio.

• Je werkt mee aan het optimaliseren van software, procedures en werkinstructies.

Welk profiel zoeken wij ?

• Je hebt een bachelordiploma in de afstudeerrichting logistiek/expeditie of interesse in het reilen en zeilen van een logistieke afdeling.

• Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in transportplanning en logistiek.

• Je hebt een goede kennis van transportregelgeving: CMR, rij- en rusttijden, cabotage, Incoterms.

• Je hebt kennis van douaneprocedures.

• Je hebt ervaring met ERP-, TMS- en/of WMS-systemen en goede beheersing van Excel.

• Je hebt inzicht in routeplanning, beladingsoptimalisatie en kostprijsberekening per rit.

• Je bent Nederlandstalig en je hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans en het Engels.

• Je bent stressbestendig, werkt oplossingsgericht en handelt pro-actief.

• Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kostenbewust.

• Je bent communicatief sterk: helder met chauffeurs ; assertief maar klantvriendelijk.

• Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag resultaten in groep behaalt en houdt van uitdagingen.
