Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Ben jij sterk in administratie en werk je graag met klanten? Dan is deze job iets voor jou! Als dossierbeheerder Property beheer je verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z voor middelgrote en grote bedrijven. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en helpt hen met al hun vragen rond brandverzekeringen.

  • Je bekijkt de vragen van klanten en zoekt een oplossing die bij hen past.
  • Je verzamelt info, vergelijkt opties en kiest de beste oplossing.
  • Je hebt contact met verzekeraars en onderhandelt over goede voorwaarden.
  • Je zorgt dat verzekeringspolissen op maat van je klant zijn.
  • Je houdt dossiers netjes en up-to-date.
  • Je controleert en verwerkt alle klantgegevens in de systemen.
  • Je geeft duidelijk advies en volgt dossiers tijdig verder op.

Daarnaast werk je samen met onze commerciële medewerkers:

  • Je analyseert de huidige verzekeringen van de klant.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van klantbezoeken.
  • Je onderhandelt met verzekeraars om de beste voorwaarden te krijgen.

Wat zijn jouw vaardigheden?

  • Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je bent energiek, neemt initiatief en denkt graag na over hoe dingen beter kunnen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van structuur.
  • Je kan goed plannen en volgt dossiers goed op.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en durft het gesprek aan te gaan met verzekeraars om goede afspraken te maken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma en al een eerste werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met property verzekeringen (zoals brand, bedrijfsschade, machinebreuk of ABR) is een plus.
