Onze klant is een dynamisch IT‑bedrijf in Waregem dat ondernemingen ondersteunt met kwalitatieve hardware‑, cloud‑ en IT‑oplossingen. Ter versterking van het supportteam kijken zij uit naar een L1 Supportmedewerker met een sterke affiniteit voor IT, service en B2B‑werking.

Als L1 Supportmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte, professionele en oplossingsgerichte IT‑ondersteuning.

Als First Line Support resolve jij first‑line incidents en zorg je voor digitale stabiliteit!

Jouw Functie

▪ Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt hun IT‑vragen via telefoon, mail en het ticketingsysteem.

▪ Je analyseert incidenten en biedt snelle, correcte first‑line oplossingen binnen Windows 11, Microsoft 365 en basisnetwerkproblemen.

▪ Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij issues rond Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches, printers en hardware.

▪ Je registreert alle acties nauwkeurig in het ticketsysteem en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie naar de klant.

▪ Je escaleert complexe problemen tijdig naar L2‑collega’s en werkt nauw met hen samen.

▪ Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in supportflows en documentatie.

▪ Je blijft continu bijleren en verdiept je in nieuwe technologieën, tools en best practices.

▪ Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een L1‑support of servicedeskfunctie.

▪ Sterke kennis van Microsoft 365, Windows 11 en basis troubleshooting is noodzakelijk.

▪ Je hebt een basiskennis van netwerken (Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches).

▪ Je hebt al gewerkt met een ticketingsysteem en begrijpt het belang van correcte opvolging.

▪ Klantgerichtheid en professionele communicatie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

▪ Je denkt analytisch, werkt gestructureerd en blijft rustig bij technische problemen.

▪ IT is jouw passie — je wil groeien, bijleren en jezelf verder ontwikkelen.

▪ Certificaties zijn een extra troef, en je staat open voor opleidingen en trajecten die je verder brengen.
