Onze klant te Roeselare is een groeiend IT‑ en Telecombedrijf dat ondernemingen innovatieve tools aanreikt voor digitale communicatie. Een hecht en enthousiast team kijkt uit naar de komst van een nieuwe IT‑Support collega (M/V/X) die met energie en flair klanten verder helpt.

Je wordt de coole IT-Support(er) die altijd paraat staat om inkomende calls en e-mails te tackelen als een pro!

Jouw Functie

▪ Inkomende oproepen en e‑mails behandelen via ticketing, steeds met heldere en empathische communicatie.

▪ Vragen analyseren, oplossingen zoeken en problemen zo snel mogelijk verhelpen.

▪ Samenwerken met collega’s van de tweede lijn, die jouw back‑up vormen bij complexere meldingen.

▪ Dagelijks bijleren door uiteenlopende cases en technische uitdagingen.

We zijn op zoek naar een communicatieve, gedreven en leergierige IT‑professional die energie haalt uit klanten helpen en technische puzzels oplossen.

▪ Een eerste werkervaring binnen IT of een IT‑gerelateerde omgeving, is een sterke troef.

▪ Kennis van VoIP, netwerkbeheer of MS365 is een must.

▪​ Je beschikt over een sterke digitale communicatie: foutloze, duidelijke en correcte e‑mails zijn vanzelfsprekend.

▪​ Focus, nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail, behoren tot jouw skillset.

▪​ Van nature hou jij van initiatief nemen, durven schakelen naar tweede lijn en actief meedenken.

▪​ Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om bij noodgevallen iets langer te werken — uiteraard met recuperatie.

▪ Kortom, een enthousiaste, sprankelende persoonlijkheid die klanten én collega’s energie geeft.
