Onze klant regio West‑Vlaanderen is een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie die sterk inzet op digitalisering, SAP‑standaardisatie en datagedreven groei. Het team kijkt enthousiast uit naar de komst van een nieuwe IT Business Analist Sales & Purchase (M/V/X) .

Als IT Business Analist maak jij van complexe SAP-processen een kompas voor deze vooruitstrevende groep.

Jouw Functie

Als IT Business Analist Sales & Purchase vorm je de brug tussen business en IT binnen een internationale groeigroep. Je werkt nauw samen met key users, bouwt processen mee uit en zorgt dat SAP binnen Sales en Purchase (SD/MM) optimaal rendeert.

▪ Je vertaalt noden van Sales & Purchase (SD/MM) naar duidelijke oplossingen binnen SAP en aanverwante applicaties.

▪ Uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk met key users en fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner is part of the job.

▪ Je neemt ownership over master data: door het bewaken van governance, datakwaliteit en procesafspraken.

▪ Je monitort EDI‑processen binnen Sales & Purchase (zoals integraties met 3PL, facturatie, desadv, …) en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging.

▪ Businessbehoeften analyseren en omzetten naar concrete configuraties of changes, hoort erbij.

▪ Je voert waar mogelijk zelf configuraties en kleine aanpassingen uit; voor grotere changes stem je af met de implementatiepartner.

▪ Wijzigingen worden gedocumenteerd via processen, flows en testscenario’s, en implementaties begeleid van A tot Z.

▪ Je helpt processen te standaardiseren en ondersteunt collega’s bij adoptie in verschillende sites.

▪ Je wenst een actieve rol te spelen in de internationale SAP‑uitrol binnen de groep.

▪ Supporttickets behandelen binnen jouw domein en nauw samenwerken met Sales, Purchase en IT, behoren eveneens tot jouw takenpakket.

▪ Je beschikt over een bachelor in IT, (handels)ingenieur, economie of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

▪​ Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als SAP business analist, bij voorkeur binnen SD/MM, is gewenst.

▪​ Kennis van Mendix en VIM is een mooie plus.

▪​ Je drukt je professioneel uit in het Nederlands en Engels, richting collega’s en leveranciers.

▪​ Je bent bereid om af en toe naar een site in binnen‑ of buitenland te reizen

▪​ Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en helpt teams vooruit richting gezamenlijke doelen.

▪ Zelfstandig werken, oplossingsgericht denken, initiatief nemen, met een positieve en leergierige mindset nieuwe SAP‑domeinen verkennen én tegelijk meedenken met de business, verbeterideeën aanbrengen en prioriteiten scherp afwegen: dat is precies hoe jij impact maakt binnen deze functie.
