Zo maak jij het verschil bij ons

Als jobstudent help je 1 à 2 dagen per week mee aan het creëren van een aangename werkplek voor onze collega’s. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gemeenschappelijke ruimtes er piekfijn bijliggen en zet je schouders onder logistieke taken zoals interne verhuizen of ondersteuning bij events. Bijkomende administratieve taken zoals bv. het plaatsen van bestellingen, maken deze studentenjob heel gevarieerd.

Wat houdt deze studentenjob precies in?

  • Je ondersteunt ons bij logistieke taken met oog voor detail, bv. interne verhuizen, evenementen (intern/extern, beurzen …), fleet-opdrachten (bv. autokeuringen, carwash) … en werkt hiervoor vlot samen met onze klusjesman.
  • Je behandelt lichte administratieve taken met een glimlach, bv. bestellingen, behandelen van vragen van collega’s, opmaken van planningen …
  • Je staat in voor de orde en netheid van onze kantoorruimtes, vergaderzalen en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zoals onze skylounge.
  • Je denkt mee en durft zelf voorstellen te doen om onze werking te verbeteren.

Wie zoeken we hiervoor?

  • Je bent stipt, georganiseerd en houdt van een nette werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je geraakt vlot tot bij ons kantoor in Brugge (Sint-Andries).
  • Je bent 1 à 2 dagen per week beschikbaar doorheen het jaar (maandag t.e.m. vrijdag). De exacte dagen zijn flexibel en kunnen worden afgestemd op jouw studies en planning.
