Wat mag je verwachten van de functie?

  • Als projectleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de leiding van complexe bouwprojecten, waarbij jij zorg draagt voor de uitvoering, planning en coördinatie van het gehele proces.
  • Als eindverantwoordelijke neem je doordachte beslissingen, selecteer je bouwpartners en coördineer je het projectteam. Dankzij jouw sturing wordt een project binnen de gestelde tijd en budget succesvol opgeleverd.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit op van de uitvoering en de algemene organisatie van de werf, mede vanuit preventief oogpunt inzake veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu.
  • Rapporteren doe je aan de verantwoordelijke directeur projecten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Als een echte motiverende leider beheer je jouw projecten zelfstandig. Dankzij je opleiding (Master of bachelor Bouwkunde/Architectuur of evenwaardig) en ervaring heb je een stevige technische kennis opgebouwd en kan je projecten ook financieel, juridisch en administratief van start tot einde leiden.
  • Constructieve en transparante communicatie. Als projectleider coördineer je de informatie-uitwisseling binnen het projectteam. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor architect, bouwheer en andere betrokkenen en communiceert op een eerlijke en commerciële manier.
