Je functie:

Als accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van de EMS-markt in België. Je klantenportefeuille bestaat uit de hulpverleningszones (brandweer), spoeddiensten en een aantal grote organisaties met eigen hulpdiensten. Je onderhoudt de bestaande klantenrelaties, stelt hen nieuwe evoluties binnen de markt voor en begeleidt hen bij de keuze van de juiste oplossingen. Je wordt hierin ondersteunt door de salesverantwoordelijke.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je bent het gezicht van Vandeputte Medical voor de EMS-markt op het terrein • Begeleiden en meedenken met bestaande klanten in hun zoektocht naar oplossingen • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten • Demonstreren van medisch materiaal en brancard-systemen • Je organiseert en begeleidt demo’s en testperiodes, bijgestaan door de salesverantwoordelijke • Klanten begeleiden in de voorbereiding van tenders • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes in samenwerking met de salesverantwoordelijke • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van het cijfer binnen jouw account in samenwerking met de salesverantwoordelijke • Training en opleiding van de gebruikers na verkoop over het correcte gebruik van het materiaal • Samenwerken met de technische dienst voor opmaak van serviceoffertes en een goede service na verkoop • Deelnemen aan beurzen, congressen, trainingen en netwerkevenementen • Anticiperen op markt- en klantontwikkelingen

Je bent een enthousiaste commerciële professional die energie haalt uit klantencontacten en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties. Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klant en vertaalt deze naar passende medische oplossingen. Je bent ongeveer 60% van je tijd actief in Vlaanderen en 40% in Brussel, Wallonië en Luxemburg.

Je volgt het volledige commerciële traject op, waaronder:

• Het bespreken van de behoeften van de klant. • Het uitwerken van offertes en commerciële voorstellen. • Het organiseren en geven van productdemonstraties. • Het begeleiden van aankoopprocedures en aanbestedingen (tendering). • Het opvolgen van de installatie en de bijhorende opleidingen.

Professionele en persoonlijke vaardigheden:

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie (B2B sales) • Bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt • Affiniteit met spoedeisende hulpverlening en/of ambulancediensten is een grote plus • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van Engels is mooi meegenomen. • Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden • Zelfstandigheid gecombineerd met een echte teamspirit • Klantgericht • Resultaatgericht • Betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en flexibel
