  • Coordinate and maintain the SCN network-specific calendars to improve visibility of wellbeing programs and events, strengthen cross-campus coordination, identify partnership opportunities, and streamline campus-wide wellbeing efforts.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of Student Care Network trainings, programs, and events by managing administrative processes including contracts, coordinating logistics with external vendors, Student Centers, and other campus partners, preparing materials, and facilitating operational needs (i.e. SCN Signature Events, trainings, and Wellness Through Initiatives).

Campus-Wide Wellbeing Initiatives

  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives supported by donor funding, ensuring programming aligns with established funding priorities and assisting Student Affairs communications team with the collection of program outcomes, impact information, and other materials needed for donor reporting.
  • Coordinate and support evidence-informed campus wellbeing and health promotion initiatives that strengthen student wellbeing, foster connection and belonging, increase awareness of resources, encourage help-seeking behaviors, and integrate suicide prevention education and awareness strategies throughout the student experience.
  • Design programs around clearly defined learning objectives and available data, using assessment findings, campus trends, and evidence-informed practices to strengthen program effectiveness and inform future wellbeing initiatives.

Partnerships & Campus Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison with Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) to connect CAPS outreach, educational programming, and areas of clinical expertise with the broader Student Care Network programming strategy and campus-wide wellbeing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with SCN core offices and campus partners to collect, co-develop, coordinate, and review training content and presentations, and educational resources that support holistic wellness and student success.
  • Collaborate with student organizations and campus partners to expand access to wellbeing resources, funding opportunities, educational programming, and evidence-informed prevention and health promotion strategies.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with student-led mental health and wellbeing organizations and SCN Peer Guides to gather student feedback, promote student-led initiatives, and connect peer programming with broader SCN wellbeing priorities. Maintain an active collaborative relationship with the Peer Education Coordinator.

Research, Assessment & Continuous Improvement

  • Support established assessment and evaluation processes by monitoring program outcomes and evaluation measures, coordinating data collection, and utilizing assessment findings, participant feedback, research, and emerging trends to support evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement of Student Care Network programs, services, initiatives, and trainings.
  • Research and summarize emerging practices and national trends in campus wellbeing, mental health promotion and education, public health, psychology, and related disciplines to support the ongoing development and improvement of Student Care Network programming.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
