  • Schedule and Risk Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, monitor milestones and deliverables, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, consultants and key stakeholders, building strong relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, establish clear roles and responsibilities, set priorities and foster a collaborative environment that promotes accountability, problem-solving and successful project delivery.
  • Technical and Systems Integration: Maintain oversight of the integrated system design to ensure that baggage handling solutions meet contractual performance requirements, technical specifications and operational expectations.
  • Contract and Change Management: Oversee contractual obligations, manage scope changes, evaluate commercial impacts and ensure that project activities remain aligned with agreed contractual terms and applicable regulations.
  • Subcontractor Management: Direct and coordinate subcontractors, consultants and external partners, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality requirements, safety standards and contractual commitments.
  • Airport Construction and Site Coordination: Coordinate with airport authorities, general contractors, construction teams and other project stakeholders to support installation, integration, testing and commissioning activities within active airport environments.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks while pursuing opportunities to improve project performance, profitability, schedule and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Reporting and Governance: Provide regular project status updates, financial forecasts, risk assessments and performance reports to project leadership and relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Installation, Controls and Life Cycle Services to ensure effective coordination and successful execution across all project phases.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, strengthen execution practices and share lessons learned across the Airports organization.
  • Perform other duties and support additional project initiatives as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
